In one to two weeks, we prepare your custom home design to your specifications. We can create the full working drawings for building your dream home. The most important thing for us is that, together, we design a house you’ll love to call home. We take our time with you to customize the house plan until it’s perfect, then prepare 3D renderings of your design, allowing you to get a clear picture of what the home will look like before you build it. Once you receive your build-ready home plans, you’ll have a very good idea of what to expect and what the end result will be: the perfect home for you.

In addition to creating fully customized plans, we also have a huge catalogue of plans already available. These home designs offer a lower cost option and are build-ready immediately. If you would prefer a customized version of a plan you choose, we can consult with you to make a house design that’s perfect for you.

Our build-ready plans include full working drawings for building and permits, including all structural detailing. A full set of plans includes: Floor Plan, Foundation Plan, Roof Framing Plan, Elevations, Cross Sections, Electrical Plan, Mechanical Plan, Details, & Notes. We also make all City or County Redline corrections at no additional charge.

We’re always professional, and we’re efficient, so you can get started building your new home right away. In just 1 week*, we can provide you with site plans, garages, patio additions, and garage enclosures. If you’re looking for custom home plans, a full guest house, house additions, or a home remodel, we’ll have those to you in just 2 weeks*. *Add one additional week for any plans requiring an engineering stamp

Custom Homes - $2.00 x livable, $0.50 x non-livable.

Guest Houses - $2.00 x livable, $0.50 x non-livable, $1600 min.

Standard Detached Garage - $1200

Engineered RV garages - $2000

Additions - $3.00 x livable - $1200 min.

Interior Non-Bearing Remodels - $1.00 x affected livable, $1200 min.

Patio Additions - $900 min.

Garage & Patio Enclosures - $900 min.

Site Plans - $350

Structural Engineering when required (added to prices above) - $0.75 x livable, $500 min.

(An Engineering Stamp is not always required but may be required on larger homes depending on city requirements or complexity etc. We can also give you quotes for civil and mechanical engineering when required.)

Stock Plans are 1/2 Price and include all updates to city codes. (Any changes can also be made to stock plans for our hourly rate of $72.00 an hour.)
